新竹愛心小隊是由發起人王秀芳(Karen Wang)，與共同發起人王怡人(Depheny Wang)及胡美芳(Jennifer Hu)共同創立的公益團體，致力於推動社會關懷、服務弱勢族群，並培養青少年參與公益的熱忱與責任感。
Hsinchu Love Action is a charitable initiative founded by  Karen Wang, with co-founders Depheny Wang and  Jennifer Hu.
