新竹愛心小隊創辦人：王秀芳 樂助青年圓留學夢

想成為人生勝利組，出國留學提升視野，接軌全世界，是台灣很多大學畢業生的夢想。Many university graduates in Taiwan dream of becoming successful individuals by studying abroad, expanding their horizons, and connecting with the global community.

但是因為自身經濟、能力條件及對國外大學瞭解等諸多因素，能實現的有限。

早期台灣只有首善之區台北，有少數專業國外留學服務的文教業者，後來台灣人經濟情況變好，不少家長想為子女擺脫升學主義窠臼，興起一股留學、遊學風，在台灣各地才有代辦服務。2006年開始從事國際文教服務的王秀芳總監，協辦出國留、遊學經驗豐富，特別提出「追尋夢想，打造未來」計劃，供有意出國者參考。

 However, due to factors such as financial constraints, personal abilities, and limited knowledge of foreign universities, achieving this dream can be challenging. In the past, only Taipei, the leading area in Taiwan, had a few specialized educational service providers for studying abroad. As Taiwan’s economy improved and more parents sought alternatives to the traditional focus on academics for their children, a trend of studying and traveling abroad emerged, leading to the establishment of various agency services across Taiwan. Director Wang Xiufang, who has been involved in international educational services since 2006, has extensive experience in organizing study abroad and travel programs. She has specially proposed the "Pursue Your Dreams, Build Your Future" plan for those interested in studying abroad to consider.

王秀芳從事美國、英國、澳洲、加拿大等美語系國家留、遊學諮詢服務十多年，熟悉國外遠距教學學位課程，公司內訓英語訓練。在從事留學諮詢工作中，王秀芳表示，對國、高中小留學生母親依依不捨流下眼淚印象深刻。她舉出有家長為了替十幾歲就出國唸書的小孩安排轉學，父母強忍著不捨努力與她溝通，盡力想了解國外求學管道及日後的學校環境，自己也感同身受，總希望能多為家長解憂，能盡力為學生安排適當的學習環境。 Karen Wang has been providing consultation services for studying and traveling abroad in English-speaking countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada for over a decade. She is well-versed in remote learning degree programs and internal English training within the company. In her work in study abroad consultation, Wang Xiufang is particularly struck by the emotional farewells of mothers of elementary, middle, and high school students. She recalls instances where parents, in their efforts to arrange transfers for their teenagers studying abroad, have struggled with their feelings of separation while working hard to communicate and understand the foreign educational pathways and future school environments. Wang empathizes deeply with these parents and strives to alleviate their concerns, aiming to provide students with appropriate learning environments.

看著出國留、遊學生家長因為煩惱解決而笑顏逐開，是王秀芳總監最大的安慰與收穫。就算是學生入學了，利用方便的通訊，她仍然是不忘隨時與家長、學生們保持聯繫，溫馨問候，讓大家都感到十分溫馨與親切。

Seeing the smiles on the faces of parents of students studying and traveling abroad, relieved of their worries, is the greatest comfort and reward for Director Wang Xiufang. Even after the students have enrolled, she continues to stay in touch with both parents and students through convenient communication channels, offering warm greetings and maintaining a sense of closeness and friendliness.
