The 2026 7-Day Carbon Reduction Initiative has successfully concluded.
本次活動邀請青年以實際行動響應氣候變遷與環境永續，透過減碳、減塑及永續倡議等行動，將環境意識落實於日常生活。每一個團隊與參與者都透過自身的行動，為氣候行動與永續發展帶來正向影響。
The initiative encouraged young people to respond to climate change and environmental sustainability through meaningful action. From carbon reduction and plastic reduction to sustainability advocacy, participants transformed environmental awareness into everyday practice and contributed to positive change through their collective efforts.
本次活動特別表彰在氣候行動、團隊領導及專業支持等面向展現優異表現的團隊與夥伴，感謝所有參與者共同投入，讓永續理念轉化為實際行動。

指導後台資料清洗模型、IPCC 甲烷路徑演算法與前台動態儀表板（UI Design）開發，為活動提供數據分析與技術開發上的專業支持。
Provided professional guidance on the development of backend data-cleaning models, the IPCC methane pathway algorithm, and the front-end dynamic dashboard (UI Design), contributing technical expertise to the initiative's data analysis and development.
Miss Hanchen LIN Sustainability Outreach Mentor
指導第二階段地方基層永續行為之青年社群動員與大眾問卷推廣，協助推動青年參與及永續行動。
Provided guidance on youth community engagement and public survey outreach for local grassroots sustainability initiatives during Phase II of the program, supporting youth participation and sustainability advocacy.
