2025 Summer 花蓮吉安站實習三日：用行動傳遞溫暖 人安基金會 Internship at Ji'an Station: Three Days of Spreading Warmth

2025年夏天，一群充滿熱忱的學生來到花蓮吉安站，展開為期三天的社區服務實習。這不僅是一段學習的旅程，更是一場用雙手與行動傳遞溫暖的真實體驗。

In the summer of 2025, a group of passionate students embarked on a three-day community service internship at Hualien Ji'an Station. This was more than just a learning journey—it was a heartfelt experience of spreading warmth through action.

日常服務，深耕社區

Daily Service: Deepening Community Bonds

在這三天的實習中，學生們協助整理環境、準備便當、分類物資，並親自送便當與生活必需品給需要協助的家庭。透過實際的行動，他們學習到社區服務的真實樣貌。

Throughout the internship, the students helped clean and organize the center, prepared lunch boxes, sorted supplies, and personally delivered meals and essential items to families in need. Through these practical experiences, they gained a true understanding of what community service really means.

基本使用電腦教學 Teaching the Elderly to Use Computers

對長輩而言，學習電腦不僅是獲得一項新技能，更像是打開了一扇通往世界的新窗；而對志工來說，這個陪伴與指導的過程，也讓他們學會了珍惜時間與親情，因為每一次互動，都是一次跨世代的深刻對話。

For the elderly, learning to use a computer isn’t just about gaining a new skill—it’s like opening a window to the world.And for the volunteers, this process of teaching and companionship helped them cherish time and family connections, as each interaction became a profound cross-generational dialogue.

教導長輩使用電腦，用愛與耐心搭起一道橋，牽起彼此的手，一同邁向數位的未來。

Teaching seniors to use computers is, in fact, building a bridge with love and patience—joining hands and stepping together into the digital future.

小小付出，累積無限感動

Small Acts, Endless Impact

學生們也協助發放生活物資給經濟困難的家庭。有的家庭面臨突如其來的變故，有的家庭長期與疾病共存。學生們在物資發送現場，協助整理、登記、搬運，了解資源如何被妥善分配到真正需要的人手中。

In addition to delivering meals, the students also helped distribute essential supplies to families facing financial hardship. Some families were coping with sudden life changes, while others had been living with chronic illnesses for years. At the distribution site, the students sorted, registered, and carried supplies, witnessing how these resources were carefully allocated to those in need.

一碗熱飯，一份尊重：街頭發餐的感動時刻

Volunteer Diary: A Warm Meal, A Gesture of Respect

夏日的早晨，花蓮的街道已被陽光曬得微微發燙。空氣中瀰漫著濕熱，志工們提著掃把與垃圾袋，汗流浹背地穿梭在巷弄之間。他們不是為了掌聲或表揚，而是為了讓這座城市更加乾淨，也為了將溫暖送到街頭的每一個角落。

On a summer morning in Hualien, the streets were already warm under the rising sun. The air was thick with humidity as volunteers, drenched in sweat, moved through the alleys with brooms and garbage bags. They weren’t seeking applause or praise — only to keep the city clean and bring warmth to those often forgotten.

在清掃結束後，志工們開始分送剛出爐的便當。儘管天氣悶熱，大家仍堅持親手將餐點送到街友手中，因為他們知道，這份關懷遠比炎熱更重要。

After cleaning, the volunteers began handing out freshly prepared lunch boxes. Despite the oppressive heat, they insisted on delivering each meal personally, knowing that their care meant more than the discomfort of the weather.

志工們深知，這不只是一頓飯，而是一份「你值得被關心」的訊息。

In that moment, all the fatigue felt worthwhile. The volunteers understood that this wasn’t just a meal — it was a message: “You matter. You are seen.”

即使汗水浸濕了背脊，即使每一步都走得緩慢疲憊，他們仍然選擇出現在這些熟悉的街角。因為他們相信，公益不需要多偉大，只要願意走近，就能帶來改變。

Even as sweat soaked their shirts and every step felt heavy, the volunteers kept showing up. Because they believed that public service doesn’t need to be grand — just close enough to care, and change begins.

每一份熱飯、每一個眼神、每一聲謝謝，都是城市裡最溫柔的力量。

Every warm meal, every glance, every quiet “thank you” — is the gentlest strength this city holds.

陪伴與傾聽，是最珍貴的溫暖

Companionship and Listening: The Greatest Warmth

陪伴的力量，遠超過想像。每一次互動，都是彼此心靈的支持。學生們學會了用耐心傾聽，了解每一個家庭背後的故事，也重新省思自己所擁有的幸福。

The power of companionship goes far beyond what we imagine. Each interaction became mutual emotional support. The students learned to listen patiently and to understand the stories behind every family, allowing them to reflect deeply on the blessings in their own lives.

這三天的實習，學生們學的不只是流程與技能，更學會了「用心」的重要。他們體會到，服務不是一時的任務，而是一種長久的溫柔行動。

Through this three-day internship, the students learned more than just procedures and technical skills—they discovered the importance of serving with heart. They came to understand that true service is not just a temporary task but a lasting, compassionate way of life.

離開花蓮吉安站的那一刻，學生們心中留下了滿滿的感動。他們相信，即使力量微小，只要願意持續付出，就能在不同的地方，繼續傳遞溫暖。

As the students departed from Hualien Ji'an Station, they carried with them hearts full of gratitude and inspiration. They firmly believe that no matter how small their efforts may seem, their continued dedication can bring warmth to many corners of the world.
