2025 Summer 新竹愛心小隊—募集鞋子書籍活動—6月14日打包紀實 Hsinchu Love Action – Shoe & Book Donation Drive: June 14 Packing Recap

2025年6月14日，新竹愛心小隊再次集結，舉辦了一場充滿意義的愛心行動。

On June 14, 2025, Hsinchu Love Action came together once again for a meaningful charitable initiative.

我們在這天完成了「舊鞋救命」與「捐書人安」兩項公益物資的分類與打包工作。這不僅僅是一次物資整理的行動，更是一次關於關懷、連結與永續的具體實踐。

On this day, we completed the sorting and packing of two major donation campaigns: “Shoes That Save Lives” and “Books for Humanity.” More than just organizing supplies, this event was a practical expression of compassion, connection, and sustainability.

舊鞋救命：一雙鞋，守護一雙腳 Shoes That Save Lives: A Pair of Shoes, A Shield for Health

在東非地區，沙蚤是一種嚴重影響居民健康的寄生蟲，特別是孩童。由於當地資源匱乏，許多孩子無法擁有基本的鞋子來保護自己，導致沙蚤鑽入皮膚，引發感染、潰爛與長期病痛。為了協助這些孩子，我們響應「舊鞋救命行動」，募集民眾捐贈乾淨、狀況良好的鞋子，送往非洲偏鄉。

In East Africa, sand fleas are a serious parasitic threat to public health, especially among children. Many children in rural regions lack basic footwear, leaving them vulnerable to painful infections caused by sand fleas burrowing into their skin. To support these children, we joined the “Shoes That Save Lives” initiative, collecting clean and gently used shoes to send to underserved communities in Africa.

這項行動需要的不只是物資，還包括後續的海運與物流經費，因此我們同時也展開了募資，希望更多人能一同參與，讓這份愛心能真正送達需要的地方。

This initiative requires not only donations of physical goods but also funds for overseas shipping and logistics. To that end, we also launched a fundraising effort, hoping more people can join in and help deliver this love and care where it’s most needed.

捐書人安：一本書，照亮一段人生 Books for Humanity: One Book Can Illuminate a Life

書籍則將送往人安基金會花蓮吉安站，這裡長期服務街友與弱勢居民，是東部社福資源相對匱乏的重要據點。此次募集不限書種，從童書、文學、勵志、生活、知識型讀物到圖像漫畫與雜誌，反映出大眾希望透過多元閱讀資源，提供精神陪伴、生活知識與內在支持。

The donated books will be sent to the Zenan Foundation’s Ji’an Station in Hualien, which serves people experiencing homelessness and disadvantaged residents. As a key service hub in eastern Taiwan where social resources are limited, the center welcomes books of all kinds—children’s books, literature, self-help, educational materials, lifestyle guides, comics, and magazines.

對街友與弱勢者而言，閱讀是一種尊嚴的修復，也是一扇讓人重新認識自我與世界的窗口。在這次行動中，我們總共收到了8箱滿載心意的書籍，未來將由人安基金會志工協助分類與管理，提供予吉安站的社區居民自由借閱與使用。

For the homeless and those in hardship, reading can be a means of restoring dignity and discovering new perspectives. In this campaign, we received a total of eight boxes of books filled with kindness and care. Volunteers from the Zenan Foundation will help sort and manage these materials, making them available for free borrowing by local residents.

行動成果與後續 Impact & Next Steps

這次的物資整理活動由新竹愛心小隊成員與志工共同參與，過程中每一位參與者都全心投入，從清點、分類、打包到記錄，每一個步驟都是用心的體現。這份行動的成果，不僅是一批即將送達的物資，更是一段讓人相信「每個人都能成為改變的起點」的過程。

The packing event was supported by Hsinchu Love Action members and volunteers. Every participant dedicated themselves to the process—inventorying, sorting, packing, and documenting—with full heart and care. The results of this effort are not just tangible donations, but a powerful reminder that anyone can be a catalyst for change.

目前，我們共完成：As of now, we have completed:

• 12袋鞋子，即將送往非洲參與「舊鞋救命行動」

• 8箱書籍，將送至花蓮人安吉安站提供街友與社區閱讀空間

• 12 bags of shoes, ready to be shipped to East Africa as part of the “Shoes That Save Lives” campaign

• 8 boxes of books, to be delivered to the Ren An Ji’an Station in Hualien for community access
