2023 Winter 幼安教養院物資捐贈和現場志工活動 Yu An Children's Home Donations of Goods and On-Site Volunteer Activity

2023年12月28日，我們新竹愛心小隊的同學們一大早便抵達苗栗縣，參與了幼安教養院的活動，將溫暖的愛心送給身心障礙者。

On December 28, 2023, the students of Action for Love & Care, Hsinchu arrived early in Miaoli County to participate in the activities of the "Yuan-An Care Home," bringing warm love to individuals with disabilities.

我們不僅攜帶了急需的物資，如擦手紙、漂白水和PVC手套。此外，Joseph Lin與家人慷慨捐贈了5萬元給幼安教養院。

Not only did we bring essential supplies such as tissue paper, bleach, and PVC gloves, but Joseph Lin and his family also generously donated NT$50,000 to the Yuan-An Care Home.

在活動中，幼安教養院的主任與同學們分享了這個機構的故事，期盼在年底為以幼安為家的身心障礙者們帶來愛心，讓他們能夠過一個溫馨的新年。

During the event, the director of the Yuan-An Care Home shared the institution's story with the students, hoping to bring love to those with disabilities who call Yuan-An home and allow them to have a warm New Year.

由於幼安經常收到愛心企業捐贈的發票，需要進行整理和分類，以便在公布時進行兌獎。今天，同學們也積極協助幼安社工進行這些捐贈發票的整理工作。

As Yuan-An regularly receives invoices from caring enterprises, the students actively assisted the social workers in organizing and categorizing these donation invoices for future announcements and prize redemption.

苗栗縣第一所憨兒烘焙坊成立於民國86年，秉持著「給他魚吃不如教他如何釣魚」的信念。我們一直支持歡喜兒咖啡屋，這次訪問中，同學們也很高興能在現場支持烘焙坊的運營。幼安烘焙坊的社工還慷慨贈送了新品給我們學生品嘗。

Established in 1997, the pioneering Hsin-Er Baking Workshop in Miaoli County is unwavering in its dedication to the adage "teaching someone to fish is better than giving them fish." Our steadfast support for the Happy Child Café continues, and during our recent visit, our students were overjoyed to actively contribute to the baking workshop by indulging in the purchase of their delightful creations. The committed social workers from the Yuan-An Baking Workshop surpassed expectations by generously presenting our students with a delightful array of new products to savor. This considerate gesture infused an additional layer of joy into our visit, crafting a charming experience for all involved.

美味的點心、善良有愛的社工，以及幼安身障朋友們的感人故事，都深深感動著新竹愛心小隊的同學們。這些也激勵著我們持續關心幼安，並不斷為這個社區貢獻著我們的愛心和力量。

The delectable treats, the warm-hearted and caring social workers, and the heartfelt stories of our friends with disabilities at Yuan-An have truly left an indelible impression on the members of Action for Love & Care, Hsinchu. These impactful encounters serve as an ongoing wellspring of inspiration, prompting us to extend our compassion towards Yuan-An and channel our love and support into this remarkable community.
