2024 Autumn 幼安公益月光禮盒計畫Yu-An Charity Moonlight Gift Box Project

2023年，在幼安教養院多年的努力下，失智老人養老院終於動工了！這真是令人振奮的消息！但同時籌措續建資金也是迫在眉睫的事。除了原有愛心捐款及月餅禮盒，新竹愛心小隊們想要幫幼安多開創一個開源管道，希望幼安能有多些收益。

In 2023, after years of effort from YuAn Care Center, the dementia care facility for the elderly finally broke ground! It’s incredibly exciting news, but raising funds for the ongoing construction remains urgent. In addition to existing donations and the sale of mooncake gift boxes, Hsinchu Love Action aimed to create a new revenue stream to help YuAn generate more income.

因此，新竹愛心小隊四位成員Albert Huang、Alicia Wu、Jessie Wang、Joseph Lin (All Project Co-founders)，為幼安進行了一個製作「公益月光禮盒」的計畫，方法是製作一個「沒有保存期限的」禮盒，讓幼安在非節日時，也可以舉辦勸募義賣與認捐活動時，將禮盒贈送給捐款者，以增加捐款金額或人數。

Thus, the four members of Hsinchu Love Action—Albert Huang, Alicia Wu, Jessie Wang, and Joseph Lin (all project co-founders)—developed a plan to create a "Charity Moonlight Gift Box" for YuAn. The idea was to create a gift box that would not expire, allowing YuAn to use it for fundraising and donation drives outside of seasonal festivals. These boxes could be gifted to donors to encourage more contributions.

在月光禮盒計畫中，他們四人籌集了「18萬的資金」，製作了共「300組幼安月光禮盒」，從禮盒理念、參觀工廠、選購禮品、設計包裝，及動手打包禮盒，全由這四位成員一手包辦。而且其中禮盒的包裝盒、玻璃禮品 (由春池回收玻璃所製作)，均由環保回收物製作，將愛心與環保相結合。

For the Moonlight Gift Box Project, the four members raised NT$180,000 and produced 300 YuAn Moonlight Gift Boxes. They handled every step themselves, from conceptualizing the box to visiting factories, selecting gifts, designing packaging, and even assembling the boxes by hand. The packaging and glass gifts (made from Spring Pool Glass’ recycled glass) were crafted from eco-friendly materials, merging love and environmental responsibility.

他們除了參與整個規劃及執行，也協助將禮盒網上義賣，建立網路行銷渠道。這個經驗顯現他們從無到有的創造力、有效的溝通能力，與具體的執行力。

In addition to planning and executing the project, they also helped sell the gift boxes online and set up digital marketing channels. This experience showcased their creativity in building something from nothing, their effective communication skills, and their practical execution.
