「飢餓 30」(30-Hour Famine)起源於 1970 年代,是一項全球性的公益行動,透過 30 小時不進食 的方式,讓參與者親身體驗飢餓,進而理解世界上仍有無數人長期面臨糧食短缺的現實。

The 30-Hour Famine originated in the 1970s as a global humanitarian initiative. By voluntarily fasting for 30 hours, participants experience hunger firsthand and gain a deeper understanding of the reality that millions of people around the world face food insecurity every day.


這項活動不只是挑戰身體的極限,更希望喚起大眾對貧窮、糧食不均與人道議題的關注,並將體驗轉化為實際行動,支持國際救援與弱勢族群。

More than a physical challenge, the 30-Hour Famine aims to raise awareness of poverty, hunger, and inequality, encouraging participants to transform empathy into action by supporting humanitarian aid and relief efforts.


多年來,「飢餓 30」已在世界各地推動,鼓勵年輕世代以同理心出發,學習珍惜資源,並思考自己能為世界帶來什麼樣的改變。 Over the years, this movement has inspired young people worldwide to reflect on global issues, appreciate available resources, and consider how they can contribute to meaningful change.

用一天的飢餓,理解世界另一端的日常 Understanding Everyday Hunger Through One Day of Fasting

2025 年 9 月 6 日,Angie 首次參與了「飢餓 30」體驗活動。

On September 6, 2025, Angie participated in the 30-Hour Famine for the first time.

這不只是一場不進食的挑戰,更是一段讓人重新思考「生活理所當然」的過程。 This experience was more than a challenge of going without food—it became a journey that reshaped how she views the things often taken for granted in daily life.


除了親身體驗,Angie 也在這次活動中擔任了小隊長的角色。她主動號召 15 位親朋好友一同參與,將個人的體驗轉化為集體行動,讓更多人能一起感受、理解,並關注全球飢餓議題。

Beyond her personal experience, Angie also took on the role of team leader.She actively invited 15 family members and friends to join the 30-Hour Famine, turning an individual challenge into a collective effort.Through her leadership, more people were able to experience, reflect, and stand in solidarity with those facing hunger worldwide.


在活動開始前,Angie 原本以為「一天不吃東西應該還撐得過去」。然而,隨著時間推移,身體的反應逐漸出現——疲乏、低血糖、全身無力,一個接著一個出現。那一刻,她才真正意識到,飢餓並不只是「肚子餓」,而是一種會影響身體與意志的狀態。 Before the activity began, Angie believed that skipping meals for one day would be manageable. However, as time passed, her body began to respond in unexpected ways—fatigue, low blood sugar, and a complete lack of energy followed one after another. In that moment, she realized that hunger is not simply a feeling of an empty stomach, but a condition that deeply affects both the body and the mind.


在體驗的過程中,Angie 不斷想到自己的成長背景。在父母與家人的照顧下,她能健康長大,擁有穩定的三餐與相對良好的生活品質。但在世界的另一端,卻有許多人每天都必須承受這樣的飢餓,甚至不是一天、兩天,而是長期、反覆地餓到身體的極限。

Throughout the experience, Angie reflected on her own upbringing. Growing up with the care and support of her parents and family, she has been able to stay healthy and enjoy regular meals and a stable quality of life. Yet, in other parts of the world, many people are forced to endure this kind of hunger every day—not just for one or two days, but repeatedly and for long periods of time, often pushing their bodies to the limit.

這樣的對比,讓人感到心酸,也讓人更清楚地看見自己的幸運。

This contrast was heartbreaking and made her acutely aware of how fortunate she truly is.

透過這次飢餓 30 的體驗,Angie 不只是感受到身體的不適,更產生了深刻的反思——她真心希望,這樣的情況能夠減少,也希望自己能在能力所及的範圍內,盡力去幫助他人。

Through the 30-Hour Famine, Angie not only experienced physical discomfort, but also gained a deeper sense of reflection. She sincerely hopes that such suffering can be reduced, and that she can do her part—within her own capacity—to help others in need.


這一天的飢餓,讓她更加珍惜現在所擁有的一切,也在心中種下一個願望:希望未來的某一天,世界上不再有人因為飢餓而受苦。

This single day of hunger taught her to cherish what she has, and planted a quiet wish in her heart:

that one day, no one in the world will have to suffer from hunger again.


飢餓 30,不只是一天不吃飯,而是一次學會感恩、理解與行動的開始。

The 30-Hour Famine is not just about going without food for a day—


it is the beginning of gratitude, understanding, and meaningful action.
