Joseph Lin 為新竹愛心小隊的 Coordinator。自 2022 年起，他擔任團隊的核心統籌者，三年來領導志工夥伴推動多項社會服務、教育推廣與永續倡議計畫，讓「愛與行動」不僅是一句口號，而是一種可被實踐的精神。

Joseph Lin is the Coordinator of Hsinchu Love Action.Since 2022, he has served as the central coordinator of the team, leading volunteers in community service, educational programs, and sustainability initiatives—turning “Love in Action” into a living, ongoing mission.

【幼安公益系列 Yu-an Foundation Projects】

Joseph 長期投入 幼安教養院（Yu-an Foundation） 服務，擔任多項專案的發起人與主責統籌。他主導 幼安月餅募集計畫、幼安月光禮盒計畫、幼安慈善音樂行動，募集資金超過 NT$180,000，製作 300 組以環保再生材質設計的禮盒。此外，他也協助捐贈物資、家族贊助與行銷設計，結合學生創意推動公益。

Joseph has been deeply involved in Yu-an Foundation projects, serving as initiator and coordinator of multiple campaigns.He led the Yu-an Mooncake Donation Campaign, Moonlight Gift Set Project, and Charity Music Action, raising over NT$180,000 and producing more than 300 eco-friendly gift sets.Through design, fundraising, and media outreach, he integrated creativity and compassion into every project, promoting inclusion for individuals with disabilities.

【人安基金會合作行動 Homeless Taiwan Foundation Initiatives】

Joseph 是 「地瓜媽媽手套計畫」 的共同發起人，為烤地瓜攤販媽媽募得 1,000 雙防燙袖套，減少職業災害。2024 年，他又參與 「街友暖冬盲包計畫」，親手打包並發放防水袋、保暖衣物與熱食，讓街友在寒冬中感受關懷與尊重。

Joseph co-founded the Sweet Potato Mom Glove Project, donating 1,000 pairs of heat-protective sleeves to help low-income mothers working in street food stalls avoid injury. In 2024, he joined the Warm Winter Blind Box Project, preparing and distributing care packages with waterproof bags, warm clothing, and meals—bringing both warmth and dignity to the homeless community.

【食物銀行與物資行動 Andrew Food Bank Collaboration】

他亦為 安得烈食物銀行（Andrew Charity Association） 的共同創辦人，組織多次志工包裝與分類活動，協調企業捐贈物資，擴大食物銀行的服務能量。他相信，微小的行動若能持續，就能成為改變社會的力量。

Joseph also co-founded the Andrew Food Bank project, organizing numerous packing and sorting sessions, while coordinating corporate donations to expand the food bank’s reach.He believes that even the smallest acts, when sustained, can collectively transform communities.

【FuFu 豬募資倡議 FuFu Piggy Bank Fundraising】

Joseph 帶領學生共同推動 南迴基金會 FuFu 豬存錢捐款行動，將零錢轉化為偏鄉醫療的希望。募得資金用於南迴地區醫療設備改善與診所修繕，推動醫療資源的公平性。

Joseph led the FuFu Piggy Bank Campaign with the South-Link Medical Foundation, encouraging students and families to adopt piggy banks to raise funds for rural medical facilities and equipment improvements.He reminded everyone that generosity begins with everyday choices—and that consistent kindness builds lasting impact.

【教育營隊與偏鄉推廣 Educational Outreach and Rural Camps】

Joseph 相信教育是最有力量的改變。他策劃 關西國小 AI 程式營 與 峨眉國小英語營，以遊戲與創作引導孩子學習，並於 2025 年擔任峨眉電腦＋英語營的 Coordinator，統籌課程、師資與志工訓練，帶領團隊深入偏鄉校園。

Joseph believes that education has the power to transform.He co-founded the Guansi Elementary AI Camp and the Emei English Camp, and in 2025, served as Coordinator of the Emei Computer & English Camp, managing lesson planning, teacher coordination, and volunteer training to empower rural students through both language and technology.

【環境倡議與議員訪談 Environmental Advocacy and Civic Dialogue】

Joseph 與團隊共同策劃 廖子齊議員環保專訪（Interview with Councilor Liao Tzu-Chi），深入探討地方永續政策與青年行動。他鼓勵學生將環保從「學習」變成「行動」，在生活中實踐永續理念。

Joseph co-led the Interview with Councilor Liao Tzu-Chi, where the team explored sustainability policy, civic participation, and youth engagement.He encouraged peers to transform environmental awareness into daily practice, showing that sustainability begins with conscious living.

【急救教育推廣 First Aid and CPR/AED Training】

Joseph 帶領團隊完成 「安妮怎麼了」CPR/AED 基礎急救課程 以及 紅十字會線上課程，學習 CPR、AED 使用、異物哽塞與止血技巧，推廣「人人皆可救人」的理念。

Joseph guided the team through the “What’s Up Annie” CPR/AED First Aid Course and the Red Cross Online First Aid Program, gaining hands-on experience in CPR, AED operation, and emergency response techniques—advocating for a culture of preparedness and care.
